The world is becoming a level-playing field when it comes to business perceptions of the cross-border investment options.With the global economy slowing down, India continues to be an attractive business destination.According to an E&Y survey, India has emerged as the fourth-most attractive business location. For the first time this year, India has been able to overtake the US and Russia.India has figured at number three for innovation ahead of the UK, France, Finland, and Sweden, and number two for preferred global location for relocation projects.
